TALY built a customised psychometric solution, linking the Five Factor tool to custom metrics that measure corporate values. This approach was tested through a norming study before a final solution was launched. This new profiling tool was integrated into the TALY system, and deployed to all candidates throughout their recruitment process.
The organisation now uses the profiling for all recruitment. Hiring managers are provided with a simple, targeted report on personality fit to role, and cultural alignment to corporate values – improving the hiring process, and creating an ongoing management process aligned to personal development needs.
