Role Overview

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at TALY. As one of the first hires, you'll play a pivotal role in building out our core product—an intuitive platform combining data science and AI to seamlessly deliver actionable people insights to leaders. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on front-end skills, making it perfect for a PHP developer passionate about crafting clever solutions and working on end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to build and refine TALY's HRTech platform, from concept to delivery.

  • Develop both front-end and back-end solutions, with a focus on user experience and performance.

  • Work closely with data scientists to integrate AI and machine learning functionalities.

  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

  • Be involved in technical decision-making processes, helping to shape the future of TALY’s platform.

  • Engage in problem-solving, solution-building, and iterative development processes, aligned with our agile methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years working in development, with full-stack capabilities.

  • Expertise in PHP (Laravel framework).

  • Proficiency in MySQL, Apache, and Linux (Ubuntu).

  • Strong front-end skills with Vue.js (Monolith Architecture with Inertia).

  • Proficient in Git/Github, Zenhub (code, PR management, ticket management).

  • Understanding of REST API development and CI/CD pipelines.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with AI integrations, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience working with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SES, SQS, Route53).

  • Familiarity with RAGS (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

  • Exposure to more advanced AWS concepts (network architecture, Lambdas, AI tools).
